In my son’s school, they insist the parents to avoid snacks on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Instead they ask us to provide Veggies on Monday,Nuts and dry Fruits on Wednesday and Fruits on Friday. These three days are treated as ” Snack Free Days “. I really appreciate this idea and the school’s effort to teach healthy habits among their wards.
